Thank you for shopping with us! We ship internationally and aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe (selected countries)

If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us — we may still be able to accommodate your order.

NZ 8 - 12 business days
USA & Canada 5 - 10 business days
UK & Europe 3 - 5 business days
Rest of World 7 - 14 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and do not include order processing time.


🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • We dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10am – 4pm (local time).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


✈️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
