Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will use the delivery date stated on the couriers website to determine the 14 day returns period for your order. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at sales@onajewellers.com within 7 days with your order number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We recommend sending items by Recorded Delivery and keeping proof of postage.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We operate a return, refund & re-order system.

We do not do exchanges. If you need to return your ring for a new one, we will process your return and complete a refund. This is still subject to our 14 day return period. Once your return is accepted, you will be notified via email. It is up to you whether you wish to purchase another ring in a different size, wait for the refund to hit your bank account and then place a new order OR make no replacement order at all. This is because we cannot guarantee stock availability for requested size exchanges from your initial email to us receiving your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
